Daily 11 am until 4:00 pm – 40 to 50 minutes WINE & FOOD FLIGHT (November thru April) – $25 A flight of four St. Francis wines perfectly paired with hors d' oeuvres created seasonally by Executive Chef David Bush. This exclusive Sonoma County tasting experience is served daily. WINE, CHEESE & CHARCUTERIE (May - October) – $30 The Wine & Charcuterie tasting served al fresco includes a flight of St. Francis wines and features a rustic charcuterie plate of the Chef's house-made pâtés, rillettes, cheeses, salami, olives and a seasonal selection of Sonoma made specialty bread. * Weather permitting & Seating subject to availability. Wine Dining takes Wine and Food pairing into the realm of traditional fine dining with its white tablecloths, crystal glasses and professional service. But then it breaks all the rules by using food in playful, unexpected ways that create a delectable, fluid harmony with the wine. Guests will linger over a pre-fixe flight of four wines paired with four exquisite food items. St. Francis Winemaker Tom Mackey's hand crafted Sonoma County wines, from Sauvignon Blanc to Heritage Zinfandels, were created to be the perfect partner for Chef David Bush’s range of culinary styles. Reservations recommended (888-675-WINE x 242). *Seating subject to availability St. Francis Visitors Center is open daily from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM except for New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas. New Year's Eve the Tasting Room will close at 2:00. Tours are available for groups of 10 or more with advance reservations. SPECIAL EVENTS The St. Francis Winery's Visitor Center is an elegant setting for the wedding of your dreams or an ideal setting for your corporate meeting or private event in the Wine Country. Reminiscent of a Tuscan estate, the center is bordered by the Mayacamas Mountains with sweeping views of the Sonoma Valley. The expansive lawn is surrounded by vineyards with nearby Hood Mountain as an impressive backdrop. The Dining Room, with its coffered ceiling and Palladian windows, opens onto the patio in summer or cocoons you with warmth from the tile-lined fireplace in the winter. Any special event you plan with us will be memorable for its style and sophistication.
