The DEPOT RESTAURANT and GARDEN is located in a charming historic stone building just two blocks from the Sonoma Plaza in the historic wine country town of Sonoma. The Sonoma kitchen of the DEPOT RESTAURANT features rustic Tuscan cuisine prepared by acclaimed Chef/Proprietor Michael Ghilarducci and Executive Chef Antonio Ghilarducci. Our guests enjoy dining in the plumstone building or on the decks and terraces surrounding the Italian garden and reflection pool.
At the VINOTECA WINE BAR you can try our house-made Italian "small plates." These delicious antipasti consist of salads, cheeses, and other vegetables dishes --as well as our own house-made cured meats, sliced to order on our bright red Italian "high-performance" slicing machine. They are great with a glass of wine, prosecco, or aperitif. The VINOTECA is open in the evenings when you can enjoy a casual snack at the bar, at a fireside table, or in the Garden --as well as on into the evening. There is also an outstanding selection of Sonoma Valley and Italian wines --the list has been a winner of the Wine Spectator's Award of excellence for the last fifteen years.
