GROUNDS
Situated on one-half acre of gardens, vineyards, arbor and paths, the Sonoma Farm House offers a wonderfully landscaped retreat perfect for soothing the spirit. The front yard greets you with its charming white picket fence and the gates open up to a landscape filled with a multitude of Mediterranean plantings including olive, fig and orange trees, roses, sweet lavender and other colorful perennials and annuals. The farmhouse has plenty of off-street parking for you and your guests.

The rear yard is completely fenced and offers a shady lawn area, colorful rose garden and seasonal vegetable patch. Have your morning coffee on the rear deck, complete with patio furnishings, or just cook up a storm on our propane gas grill by our grape arbor for an evening meal. There is nothing more exciting for us than for you to spend some time walking in our vineyard of Merlot and Cabernet vines, which we blend each year for our own Sonoma Farmhouse label. Unwind at the end of a busy day of shopping and wine tasting, relaxing on the rear deck with a glass of wine looking out over the vines surrounding our two-story historic farm house water tank tower.

LIVING ROOM & DINING ROOM
Open the main door with its stained glass window, off the charming front porch, and you enter the foyer which leads to both the comfy living room and the separate dining room. The living room has a bay window overlooking the front lawns and garden, and provides ample and gracious seating for you and your guests.
The dining room has a large expandable Tuscan-style table seating six or more comfortably. The original, rustic woodwork and moldings complete the relaxed, country-style of the living areas. And central air conditioning and heating provide year round comfort.

EAT-IN KITCHEN
Just off the dining room, a cute, eat-in country kitchen comes complete with gas stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, large sink with disposal, microwave, and a full complement of dishes and cookware. A built-in china cabinet and pass-through shelf delightfully couples the kitchen with the dining room.

SUNROOM
The large sunroom in the back of the house is perfect for morning coffee, while planning your next delightful day. Enjoy the lovely back yard and vineyard, sitting on the comfortable casual sofa and chairs (the sleeper sofa also expands to a queen size bed). French doors open out on to the back deck, beckoning for a lovely evening of wine, hors d'ouvres and conversation.

Basic cable television, DVD and CD players provide numerous entertainment options. An alcove between the sunroom and kitchen also provides a washer and dryer for your convenience.
